Yes! All Cherrypick products are made with safe, non-toxic materials. We use BPA- and phthalate-free PVC, as well as flame-retardant-free PVC. Why? Because you shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not your children’s play is safe.

Yes! All Cherrypick products undergo third-party safety testing and are CPSC-compliant (Consumer Product Safety Commission). 

All products are designed for indoor use only, except for our Sprinkler Splash Pad, Little Summer Floaties, Little Swimmer Kickboards, Design your own Beach Balls, and our Hooded Beach Ponchos.

The Magic Playwall decal is designed for indoor use and performs best on clean, smooth, or lightly textured, surfaces such as painted walls, glass walls, and doors.

We’ve tested the Magic Playwall on flat dry wall, orange peel, and knockdown textures.

We can’t guarantee that the Magic Playwall decal will adhere to every surface. Certain paint finishes (such as stain-resistant or air-purifying paints) and heavily textured walls can create a barrier between the decal and the surface, which may cause it to lift or detach over time. 

For best results:

• Install on a clean, dry, dust-free wall

• If you have freshly painted walls, please wait 30 days before installing the Magic Playwall.

Step 1: Prep your wall
Wipe the wall with a dry cloth to ensure it is clean, dry, and smooth. 

For best results, unroll the Magic Playwall and let it lay flat overnight with a few heavy objects on top. 

Step 2: Peel
Gently peel the plastic film from one corner. Align the decal on your wall and slowly continue peeling while smoothing it down as you go.

Step 3: Press
Apply firm pressure across the surface to secure it. Use the white scraper provided to smooth out the Magic Playwall and remove any air bubbles.

Step 4: Play
Your Magic Playwall is ready! Welcome to your ultimate creative station. Now, grab a coffee and sit back while your kids unleash boundless creativity. Thank us later!  😉☕️

We have a full assortment of magnetic accessories that encourage creativity and open-ended play! Lightweight magnets with full magnetic backings work best with our Magic Playwall. Please note that the Magic Playwall does not have the same magnetic strength as a refrigerator, so only lightweight magnets are recommended. Bulky or heavy magnets may not hold properly.

If using magnetic tiles, Connetix tiles are the most compatible and have been successfully tested with our Magic Playwall. 

Magic Playwalls purchased after 2026 feature MagicGrip™ technology, a wall-safe repositionable backing designed for flexible, everyday use.

MagicGrip™ holds securely on smooth surfaces and removes cleanly when you are ready for a change. Perfect for room updates, growing kids, and shared spaces!

How to identify your version:

• White felt backing: MagicGrip™ version, peel gently to remove
• Black backing: Older version, not designed for removal

Wipe gently with a damp cloth or baby wipes for everyday cleaning.For tougher marks, use a Magic Eraser or dry-erase cleaner!

Dry-erase markers work best on our Magnetic Sticky Notes. If used directly on the Playwall, wipe after use and avoid leaving marks overnight to prevent staining.

We ship using a variety of trusted couriers to ensure the best balance of speed, cost, and reliability based on your location. Most commonly, we use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or private couriers like UniUni and ICS Courier. 

No matter which carrier is used, all shipments come with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.

United States

For U.S. orders, we ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, which typically takes 2-5 business days once your order has been processed. 

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Due to the nature of our product, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or defective products upon arrival

Yes! We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $125 USD/$175 CAD.

Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been processed. 

Step 1: Prep

Unfold the bounce house fully on a clean, flat indoor surface, ensuring the space is clear on all sides.

Step 2: Inflate

Locate the inflation valve, plug into a standard wall outlet and switch ON the built-in pump. Inflation will begin immediately. Stay nearby while it inflates!

Step 3: Secure

Once inflated, turn OFF the pump and unplug the unit. Store the pump safely out of children's reach.

Clean-up: Make sure the Magic Bounce House is no longer in use before deflating. Remove the valve cap, switch the knob to DEFLATE, and wait until all air is released. Pressing out the air can help speed things up! Once deflated, fold it neatly and place it back in the provided bag.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Step 1: Choose the right patch

• Use the small square patch for minor holes on flat surfaces.
• Use the large round PVC patch for bigger tears, seam leaks, or damage on the jumping surface. (PVC glue not included — use clear PVC glue from a local retailer or online.)

Step 2: Prep the area
Inflate the bounce house to locate the leak if needed, then fully deflate it before patching. Clean the damaged area with mild soap and water, and allow it to dry completely.

Step 3A: Apply the small square patch
Cut the patch into a rounded shape at least 1 inch larger than the hole. Peel off the backing (the yellow paper) and firmly apply the patch to the flat, dry surface. Smooth out any bubbles and press firmly. Place a heavy flat object on top for at least 20 minutes before inflating.

Step 3B: Apply the large PVC patch
Lightly sand the damaged area for better adhesion if possible. Use the whole patch if possible. If needed, cut the patch to a rounded shape, leaving at least 1 inch around the damage. Apply a thin, even layer of PVC glue to both the rough side of the patch and the damaged area, do not use too much glue. Wait 1–2 minutes until tacky, then apply the patch with the rough side facing down. Press out bubbles using a scraper, roller, or spoon, and wipe away excess glue. Place a heavy flat object on top for at least 24 hours to fully cure.

No! Our Magic Bounce House has a built-in electric pump for quick and easy setup.

We know the Magic Bounce House is hard to resist, but we recommend a maximum weight limit of 66 lbs.

The Magic Bounce House is designed for indoor play. 

Unfortunately, no.

The electrical components in the Magic Bounce House are made, tested and certified to be used with electrical systems in the US and Canada only.

Plugging the Magic Bounce House into incompatible electrical systems may result in serious bodily harm, potential damage to the electrical system,  may ignite and cause a fire, and certainly will cause instant irreparable damage to the product (not covered by warranty). 

Please refer to the electrical specifications label on the unit for more details before plugging into an electrical outlet.

Cherrypick can not be held responsible for damages related to using this product in incompatible electrical systems.

Step 1: Add the weight
Fill the base with water and close the plug tightly. This keeps the Magic Puncher stable during play.

Step 2: Inflate the fun
Inflate the upper section with air (pump not included).

⚠️ Tip: Always fill the base before inflating for best stability.

Step 3: Punch, bounce, repeat
That’s it! Your Magic Puncher is ready for action.

The Magic Puncher does not come with an electric pump.

Please ensure the plug is closed tightly before and during play, and keep the Magic puncher away from sharp surfaces or objects.

Step 1: Unfold & Lay Flat
Place your Splash Pad on a smooth, level surface free from sharp objects.

Step 2: Hook It Up
Connect to a standard garden hose and ensure the hose fitting is securely tightened.

Step 3: Turn On the Fun
Slowly turn on the water and adjust pressure to control the spray height.

💦 Tip: Start with low water pressure and increase gradually for the perfect splash.

Drain water and allow it to fully dry before storing. 

You may fold back into the box and/or place it in a dry, cool storage area away from direct sunlight.

Our canvas decor products are made of premium 100% cotton canvas in a beautiful, off-white natural canvas colour. Our canvas products are hand sewn and screen printed by hand with non-toxic ink.

Canvas hang signs and banners may arrive folded and compact so it will naturally have creases and wrinkles that can be easily removed. 

Steam or iron gently, print side down to remove wrinkles. Spot clean only.

Canvas hang signs are strung on a durable cotton twine and hung using a wood dowel. Canvas pennant flags include two silver grommet holes.
