What are the banners made of?

Our banners are printed on a 100% polyester fabric that is water resistant and machine washable. We only use non-toxic ink.

Which banner size should I order?

We currently offer two banner sizes:

Original size 36x26”: perfect for a statement decor piece, holiday decorating, parties, or as a fun photo backdrop.

Small size 17x13”: ideal for small spaces or nooks, above bookshelves, or for framing.

How often do you drop new designs?

We drop new designs roughly once a month. The best way to stay on top of new releases is to join our mailing list and follow us on Instagram @cherrypick.

How do I hang my banner?

Cherrypick banners are lightweight and easy to hang without damaging walls! Each banner comes with damage-free wall putty that can be applied to the top corners of the banner. Press the banner firmly into the wall and voila!

Your banner will arrive folded and compact so it will naturally have creases and wrinkles that can be easily removed. Before you hang your banner, we recommend using an iron or steamer to smooth out any kinks.

Can I wash my banner?

Yes! If for whatever reason you need to clean your Cherrypick banner, machine wash on cold with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not bleach.

What currency are your prices in?

Orders are processed in either CAD or USD, depending on where you live. This can be changed in the bottom left corner of our website, but our site default is in Canadian dollars.

Shipping & Returns

What is your order processing time?

Our order processing time is currently 3-5 business days.

Where do you ship from?

Orders from Canada will ship from our headquarters near Toronto, Ontario.

Orders from the United States will ship from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, New York.

We are proud to offer fast, cost-effective, and duty-free shipping options for our customers across North America!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $75 CAD/$55 USD.

Canadian orders over $150 will receive a complimentary upgrade to Priority mail with tracking. Orders shipping to the United States will always include tracking.

What shipping method do you provide in Canada?

Standard shipping in Canada is via untracked lettermail and can take up to 5-10 business days once your order is processed.

Please note that no tracking number will be included with standard lettermail shipping and we do not assume responsibility of the package should it become delayed or lost in transit. Priority tracked shipping via Canada Post can be upgraded at checkout and is also free for orders over $150.

What shipping method do you provide in the United States?

Standard shipping in the United States is by USPS First Class mail and typically takes between 3-8 business days once your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is the return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or defective print. If you think you’ve received a defective banner, please take a clear photo and email us at hello@shopcherrypick.com.
