Orders from Canada will ship from our headquarters near Toronto, Ontario.
Orders from the United States will ship from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, New York.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $125 USD/$175 CAD.
What shipping method do you provide in Canada?
We ship using a variety of trusted couriers to ensure the best balance of speed, cost, and reliability based on your location. Most commonly, we use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or private couriers like UniUni and ICS Courier. No matter which carrier is used, all shipments come with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
What shipping method do you provide in the United States?
For U.S. orders, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 3–8 business days once your order has been processed. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
What is the return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or defective print. If you think you’ve received a defective banner, please take a clear photo and email us at hello@shopcherrypick.com.
