WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER (U.S.)

About the Role

Cherrypick is looking for a driven and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead our U.S. retail expansion.

This role will focus on building and managing wholesale relationships, identifying new retail opportunities, and executing a strong trade show strategy to support continued growth.

You’ll play a critical role in bringing Cherrypick into more retail spaces across the U.S. and helping scale one of the fastest-growing brands in the children’s lifestyle category.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive wholesale revenue growth across the U.S. market
  • Proactively identify, pitch, and close new retail partners (boutiques, specialty retailers, and national accounts)
  • Lead outbound sales efforts — including cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building with buyers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value wholesale accounts
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail partners to drive repeat orders and account growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for key wholesale accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent brand experience
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing retail partnerships
  • Represent Cherrypick at trade shows and industry events, driving lead generation and on-the-spot sales
  • Own trade show strategy from a sales perspective — including pre-show outreach, in-booth selling, and post-show conversion
  • Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and partnership terms with retail buyers
  • Track pipeline, manage forecasts, and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment for wholesale partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to support retail launches and in-store success

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in wholesale sales, retail partnerships, or account management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape (experience in children’s, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus)
  • Proven ability to open and grow wholesale accounts
  • Experience with trade shows and retail sales strategy
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and key retail meetings

  • Existing relationships with U.S. retailers or buyers
  • Experience working with fast-growing DTC brands expanding into wholesale
  • Background in children’s products, home, or lifestyle categories
