Where is the Cherrypick HQ located?

Cherrypick is based in the beautiful, bustling city of Toronto, Ontario. We are located near the major intersection of Bay/Bloor, right in the heart of Yorkville.

 

If you’re from Canada, why are your prices in USD?

We’re indeed located in Canada, but a significant portion of our orders are placed from the United States and other International countries. USD is the most universal currency so we decided to keep it simple. Apologies to our Canadian customers for any inconvenience!

What method of payments do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

 

How much is shipping and where do you ship to?

As much as you're excited to receive your new purchase, we're just as excited to get our sparkle in your hands! Our standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if applicable.

North America: We offer free shipping within North America on orders over $60. For orders under $60, we offer flat rate shipping for $10. For Canadian customers, please allow 2-5 business days for your delivery to arrive. For U.S. customers, please allow 5-10 business days.

International: We offer flat rate shipping to our International customers for $25. Please allow 10-14 business days for your delivery to arrive.

 

What is your return policy?

We hope you LOVE your new jewels, but in the case that you don't, we offer full refunds up to 7 days after the customer receives the package, less return shipping costs. Up to 30 days after the customer receives the package, we offer full store credit, less shipping costs. We do not provide refunds or store credits until we receive the returned item.

Please note that all return items should be unworn and returned in the original packing materials. All sale items (including sample sale) are FINAL SALE.

How should I care for my Cherrypick products?

Each of our products come shipped with a dust bag. When you’re not wearing your sparkle, we recommend safely storing the product in the dust bag that it came in to increase its longeivity. We would also recommend you keep our products away from liquids-- sweat, perfumes, or lotions, as it can cause the shine on our jewels and pearls to fade over time.

I love your jewelry, but I’m not sure how to wear it. Can you help me style X piece?

Don’t stress! We consider most of our collection to be what we call “wear-with-all” and can be simply worn with any outfit, for any occasion. Don’t be afraid to mix-and-match, experiment, and layer-- there’s no right or wrong way to wear statement jewelry! That said, we do frequently feature styling tips on our blog and social channels to show examples of how our pieces can be worn interchangeably. If you’d like to request us to showcase a specific item, please do reach out-- we’d love to hear from you!
